For TEAMBuzz 2007, Trailblazers planned and led a service project at Boat Rock, a nature conservancy popular among climbers owned and maintained by the Southeast Climbers Coalition (SC) in southwestern Atlanta. This project was a collaborative effort between Trailblazers, the SCC, and REI-Atlanta. Over twenty Tech students and faculty participated in this project, along with volunteers organized by the SCC and REI, to mulch trails, replace trailhead signs, and install birdboxes at Boat Rock.

In spring 2008, Trailblazers planned and led a trail maintenance project at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA. Participants spent the morning working with volunteers and staff from the Southern Off-Road Biking Association (SORBA) working on the some of the classic mountain biking trails originally built for the 1996 Olympic Games. Following the service project, participants had the opportunity to ride some of the trails with bikes provided by Outdoor Recreation at Georgia Tech (ORGT) and Specialized Bicycles.
